Cricx Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Cricx platform and all of its services. Cricx is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and around the world.

These Terms are consistent with international law and licensing regulations. Cricx reserves the right to update them at any time — any changes will be notified on the platform.

These Terms are provided in Bengali for the convenience of our users. The English version shall prevail in the event of any legal interpretation.

A personal account is required to access Cricx's services. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Accounts created using false information may be closed at any time.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Registration is completely free.

• You must provide your full legal name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• A national ID card or passport may be required to verify your account.
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Users are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication as soon as you register.

Cricx strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 may use this platform. Age is verified at registration, and additional proof of age may be requested at any time.

Online betting is prohibited or regulated in certain countries. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your own jurisdiction. Cricx does not serve users from restricted regions, and any such accounts identified will be closed.

Cricx accepts a range of payment methods for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before making any withdrawals.
• The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
• Transactions may be temporarily held if money laundering is suspected.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

All bets placed on Cricx are considered final once confirmed. Cancellations are generally not possible after a bet is confirmed; however, you may settle a bet under specific conditions using the early cash-out option.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Odds may change during live betting — the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are final. If incorrect odds are shown due to a system error, Cricx reserves the right to void the affected bet.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳ 50.
• Maximum payout up to ৳ 5,00,000 per bet.
• Multiple bets can be combined into an accumulator bet.
• Cricx is not liable for bets delayed due to technical issues.
• Event results will be determined in accordance with the official announcement by the relevant authority.

Cricx offers welcome bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first. Typically, you are required to wager between 5 and 10 times the bonus amount. Bonuses generally have a validity period of 7 to 30 days.

• Each promotion may only be used once — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Cricx reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cricx platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using or attempting to access another person's account credentials.
• Placing bets using insider information.
• Exploiting any technical error or glitch on the platform.

Users may close their account at any time. The self-exclusion option in Settings allows you to temporarily suspend your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

Cricx may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances — without prior notice:

• If a breach of terms is proven.
• If registration is completed using false information.
• If the account is accessed from a restricted region.
• At the request of law enforcement authorities.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded once verification is complete — however, balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violation.

Cricx treats the personal data of its users with the utmost care. We never sell your information to third parties. However, data may be shared when required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.

The Cricx platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Cricx is not liable for any loss resulting from technical issues, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

Cricx is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting — users place bets entirely at their own risk. Under no circumstances will Cricx's total liability exceed the user's account balance.

Cricx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly. The "Last Updated" date is always displayed at the top of the page.
